Special classes for newborns, new mummies and active babies – designed to be nurturing, calming and supportive. Music and Baby Signing will help promote development, Baby Boogie will have them singing and wiggling about, and Baby Massage will relax and restore you both. Bliss! All classes include plenty of bonding time with your baby, and are a great place to meet like-minded mums too.
Our ‘Mini’ range of classes has been specially developed with active babies in mind. These make for the perfect starting place for little ones who have outgrown the ‘Baby’ classes but are not yet confident toddlers and would benefit from a nurturing introduction to toddlerhood– Mini Dancers & Mini Explorers for the adventuring tots and Mini Monet & Mini Musicians to aid creativity. I’ve now been to classes for a couple of weeks. My eldest son (mini dancers) and I (pilates & yoga) are thoroughly enjoying it and all the instructors are lovely. Thank you!
Just a little note to say that I really enjoyed my first buggy fitness class yesterday. It was great fun and Ian pitched it perfectly. My word do my legs ache today though!
